Eligibility

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of any new paid purchase.
  • This includes monthly, annual, and lifetime plans.
  • Renewals: refunds for automatic renewals can be requested within 14 days of the renewal charge.
  • You do not need to provide a reason.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Refund request". Please include your order or transaction ID if you have it.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued by us via our payment provider, Stripe, back to the original payment method. The refund typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Once a refund is issued, access to paid features ends and your account reverts to the free tier.

Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory cancellation or refund rights you may have under consumer protection law in your country (for example, the UK/EU 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts).
